That's a tuff one. If your mother was very young because of "unforeseen circumstances" she needed to have someone else raise you, that may have been the best thing for her to do for your sake. You can't blame her for wanting the best for you, even if that meant that she couldn't raise you herself. It's a very personal decision whether or not you want to get to know her. Do you have any contact with her at all? Do you know what the circumstances were? Do you know what her life is like today? All of these questions should play into your decision as to whether or not you want to bring this person into your life. Good luck!

Yes, i would want to see her, i would want to know her perspective of what was going on with her at the time that she left. I would want to know her and see her. I wouldn't Be able to know if i could forgive her in till after i saw her. I would count myself lucky that i at least got to be brought up my my grandparents, not like other kids that are tossed from house to house those kids that are tossed from house to house and then they go out and make something of themselves. those kids had it tough. So I guess i would think that i was lucky to have had a better life then those kids i spoke of.

People change throughtout their lives and things sometimes happen for a reason. Maybe if you talked about whatever you would like to know then you could go from there.

We are here for such a short time and forgiveness brings blessing and healing.

LIFE IS TO SHORT TO HOLD HATRED IN YOUR HEART. BECAUSE THAT IS ALL THAT IS. BABY LET IT GO. GET TO KNOW YOUR MOTHER I AM SURE SHE FEELS BAD ENOUGH. WITHOUT YOU MAKING HER FEEL WORSE.
