What can I put on it to get them out. I don't want to have to scrape it, and get it all over my fingers.

I use a bobby pin/safety pin/paper clip, that should do the job.

Go to a makeup counter in the mall and get a nice thing of eyeliner for about $15 like clinique or stila. That way you won't have to worry about any of that.

Use a tissue to rub it out or next time stick the eyeliner in the fridge for a while to make it cold and not adhere to the blade as much

You may also want to try buying a sharper sharpener. It may be blunt.

I just use a normal pencil sharpener...haha

use a q-tip and if that doesn't work use a bobby pin to get it out. even running it under hot water for a while it'll come out.

try eyeliner by Avon..there called glimmersticks its not a pencil it goes on really smooth and there good priced

run it under hot water, when you are done using it, or push them out with something like a q tip

Use a toothpick? or a Q-tip with makeup remover or water on it.
