Most fast food restaurants, especially if you're just starting out, are going to pay the minimum wage for your state. Some restaurants you'll also get tips (I did when I worked at Subway). Check out this link for the minimum wage for your state: http://www.dol.gov/esa/minwage/america.htm

I work a Panera Bread. I was hired in high school for 7.00 an hour. Min wage was 5.?? an hour. Now after working there two years I make 7.85. Min wage is now 6.95. For the work I do that is crap. The best employee's raises are 15ish cents every 6 months. The average employees are about 7-12 cents and crappy employees get 5 cents.
Fast food is hard labor with low pay! Find a different job!

I work at Burger King, and I make $7.93 (the minimum wage in Washington state). You start out at minimum wage, then after 6 months, you get a raise according to what the corporation is willing to give out to the crew. The best workers get a whopping 10 cents. If you've been there for a while, and you're a good worker, you'll get a 5 cent raise. The only way to get a decent paycheck from there is if you get a solid work schedule. It's a great first job!! But you can't like...fully live off of it

if its ur first job, generally min wage. If u have had previous exp prolly alil more, but no more then a dollar. Managers are salary and that varries.
And servers, contrary to popular belief do not make min wage. They make much less. But the tips they make make up for it. How can they do that, u say, its illegal to pay less the min wage...the loophole is that if u make less then min wage in hourly and tips, then the place makes up the difference. But that is never the case, the server always makes more then min wage and there fore the company can pay them less then min.

I suppose not much. But usually is that is a temporary job and you're working part time or over summer... So then it's okay, it's not badly paid... but it depends which kind of fast food. Certainly I wouldn't recommend that as a job for the lifetime :)))

Depends on the state. In California they get paid more money than most places.
In the Rocky Mountain States, you can expect to be paid from $6.00 per hour to $6.50 per hour as a starting wage.
