I got the same email.....I am a level 3....I want a free tote bag and I had a BEST Answer....I want the FREE eco-friendly light bulb. No clue as how to get it though....sorry.

That would be great...but it'd also be a ton of tote bags. There are thousands of people around the world who are at level 2 and above. Where did you hear this? 'Cuz I'd love to get one as well.

This is what the site says -- though it IS hard to find:
"All users who reach level 2 or higher on Yahoo! Answers who have also registered for the promotion will receive a Yahoo! Answers tote bag as a thank you gift just for participating. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery of gift. You must be level 2 or higher as of June 13, 2007 to receive this gift. Level 1 users can still qualify for the gift by earning enough points to become level 2 before June 13, 2007."
Due to that, I would not expect to see the bags any EARLIER than end of July, beginning of August (they usually don't even BEGIN to mail them until the "qualifying" deadline is done.)

You sign up and get a free tote and lightbulb and if you get a best answer during the event you get 75 points and after 500 points they give you something else for free. It has something to do with being eco friendly and helping your community. I got an email. If you read it it will better explain.

What are they talking about that's all you get is a tote bag? I have no idea... I wish that they would stop glitching all the time forget the tote bag.

I clicked the link, and it asked me to register for a green fluorescent light bulb. That sucks and I wanted a tote bag!

it's pretty much an incentive for a answering questions, like when they did the same thing on the 1 yr aniversary everyone had the ability to get a gift no matter which lvl they were at, this just happens to be a step up from that.

no idea but honestly I didn't get any email about this and I doubt it's free....
nothing is free anymore but I do LOVE tote bags so I really hope I receive one!!
