ill assume you mean use the same screen for both your computer and TV, which is entirely possible.

The easiest way is to have a video card with an S-Video spot and a TV with an S-Video spot. The cable itself is usually around $10 (if you have both and need the cable...make sure you buy the right kind. Most likely the vid/tv will be the same "sex"...usually Male-Male)

Another possibility is buying a tuner, although it does not seem like what you are looking to do.

Hope this helps! Links below to show you the cable and what to look for!

It is possible to get a TV that can be turned into a computer screen but I never herd of turning a computer monitor into a TV.......how ever you can get a TV tuner for computers running the following OS: Windows XP media center, Windows vista home premium and Windows vista Ultimate can allow you to watch TV on them it's really cool because you can pause, record Fast forward an Rewind Live TV!!!!

Yes, but you would need a good graphic card or a tv tuner. If you want to know a good site to find those you can go to newegg.com

I have a $50 television tuner card for my PC which lets me get basic cable channels on my desktop. Mine is ATI, I think there are a few brands out there.
