Probaly a month or more. I had all the good junk on them that taco bell puts on them.

About a week ago if you want to call them nachos. I keep the meat, cheese and bean separate and sort of spoon it all on as I go. Keeps the chips from sogging out on me.

Its been awhile since I could dip my chips in cheese, but I can still remember just the way they taste.
Only cheese and chili, peppers I can deal with but cheese and chili sounds perfect to me.

A couple of weeks ago. My mom-in-law makes them every so often & it is so good. I like it with spicy salsa or Jalapenos!
