Can a pinched nerve cause numbness and tingling in both feet and hands/arms at the same time? and it varies sometimes its more noticeable and sometimes there are small temperature changes hands get hot for 10 minutes and cool back down, or does this sound more like a nerve disease

yes, a pinched nerve can cause a problem in both sides of the body at the same time depending on where the nerve is pinched. There are many possibilities as to what this could be. You have to see your medical doctor and get a full examination to find out the cause.

Sounds to me like a peripheral circulation problem not so much nerves. This can cause numbness and tingling too. And because it is more so in your limbs I would suspect that it is a circulation problem. Smoking, cold, and other things can cause it to be worse. I would get checked out be be sure.

Different nerves serve the hands and feet. Go see your doctor for a diagnosis and treatment. I hope that this is something minor, take care.
