I've only known 2 Larry's my whole life. If you like it...that's all that matters, and that's all anyone should care about.
Now, I got a phone call the other day from Candy Hershey....now that was ridiculous...but Larry, not crazy at all...

Nothing at all. If you like the name, use it. When your baby comes it may not 'look' like a Larry so you can change your mind.

It's ok. Better than "Glenn". My bf thinks Glenn is just the greatest name ever. I'd take Larry over that!

Larry... nothing wrong with it.... your boy will know how to write his name before he turns two. That's very good. Teach a child how to write FABRIZIO for example at a young age- I don't think so.... even his parents will go: My son's name is Fabrizio... or Fabricio... how is his name spelled again, dear?

there is nothing wrong with it but it seems a bit old time, but its very common for people to use old fashion names with up to date names so that they can name their kids after their family members my sons name is Jonathan Duane (which isnt that old) but my niece is PG and she is naming her son (if its a boy) Logan Herman (which I honestly think its awful awful) but its her BF middle name and his daddy so she wants to keep the tradition!
