The problems people have are real, it's just a matter of your ability to handle those problems. Yes, everyone has issues, but you don't always believe that anyone else has YOUR issues. Haven't you ever had a problem and felt completely alone, like no one would understand how you felt?
Then again some people are just dramatic and like to capitalize on their pain and make others feel bad for them.

2500 years ago, the Chinese philosopher, told his followers "Everyone has 81 problems and as soon as you resolve one problem another will take it's place." His reason for saying this was to let his followers know that they would ALWAYS have problems and problems were just a part of life. How they handled the problems was the main issue.
A lot of people today have the misguided belief (probably the result of so many television sit-coms where all issues are resolved easily in 30 minutes or less) that they shouldn't have problems and if they do have problems those problems should be easily resolved. When they hit reality and those problems are not easily resolved then people tend to complain (A LOT).
Motivational speaker, Les Brown, opened one of his lectures with the following quote "Life is HARD. Once you accept that fact, then you can quit complaining and move on with your life."

Because they all have priorities set in the wrong places!! We think are problems are real problems when in fact they are mostly socially induced problems... Go abroad and see the world by yourself, you will see what is like having REAL problems, like getting food to eat on table or even getting basic clothing... Those things are much more important, but yet those persons that struggles to survived almost never complain if they know nothing about the western world and live pretty old life!

I am sure not everybody thinks that they are the only ones with problems. But i do think that the people who do think that way think that they are also the most important persons in the world. It would be nice if everyone would stop whining about their problems and start doing something about them ( besides whining of course). But that is never gonna happen.

Most people have over active imaginations and create problems that don't exist. Notice that when people have a busy day and things to occupy their time they wont say much about problems, yet when they are bored they let their minds wonder. People need to know that stressign about somethign wont help. Get up and do what needs to be done and everything will work out as it should!!

If you are really interested in this read "The Progress Paradox: How Life Gets Better While People Feel Worse" by Gregg Easterbrook. He describes how life has gotten better by nearly every measurable standard even as people complain more than ever about their problems.

well I think that there is a line.. People who cross that line only see what is on that side. and there is a wall so they can't see the other person (or others problems) but there is some that stand on top of the wall and they see everyones. Don't judge, for what may not be known.

I think that it depends on the way they look at the situation.
I am sure that they are aware that many others have problems as well, but we don't really know for sure how a problem or situation will affect some one specifically,
that depends entirely on the character of the individual...

Many people think the grass is always greener on the other side. Many people also think somebody promised them a rose-garden...but they can never say who exactly. Many people don't know the gift of life is life itself. Many people don't think they are the authors of their own destiny, for better or worse. Many people don't understand human misery is an inevitable and indispensable aspect of human growth and development.

Because life is never perfect, even when everyone who is looking at your life from outside of it thinks it is. We are all here to learn something, and we won't learn anything if there are no challenges. No one likes problems.
