alloftv.net u dont even need to download them u can watch straight away plus there is loads of shows like 24 lost desperate housewives ugly betty scrubs ..............i could go on and on , def the best site ive found it can be difficult in the uk to find descent sites cause all our seasons are behind

You can download it from a torrent. For me that is the easiest way since we folk outside US won't get the current seasons going onair.

You don't even need to download to watch it I live in Canada and watch new episodes on www.alloftv.net

Have you checked your local iTunes? I know Lost is available on iTunes here but I wouldn't know if it were in Europe/Australia/Canada etc.
