That's the combo of my parents. I'm B+, and my brother is A-. You could have A-, A+, or B - or B+ blood, that's it. Your wife having O- is really OO-, meaning that all's she has to offer is O blood. You could give either the A or B to your child, so it's really up to you. You can not have children with AB or 0 blood, it would be impossible.

It's just like any other characteristic such as hair or eye color. The child gets one from each parent. You having AB means that you got the A from one parents and the B from the other. Your wife having O blood means she got an O from each parent. I hope that help.

The negative and positive part works the same way. If a person, like you wife has -, it's recessive meaning they got it from each parents. But you could have + - or + +. If you have + + then your children will all have a +, if you have a + and -, then it's 50/50.

Your baby has a 50/50 chance of having A or B type blood. The + and - isn't as easy to figure out because you'd have to include the + and - of both your parents and your wifes.

Your child WILL BE either type A or type B. No other possibility.
The RH factor could go either way as it depends if you have a recessive (-) or not. If yes, you got a 50/50 chance on the RH. If no, then the baby must be RH Positive.

Could be either. As your wife has a negative rhesus factor she will need to get a rhogam shot upon the birth of your child. Particularly if the child inherits your blood type.
