In most states, you will find that you have absolelutely no rights at all. If you got a good attorney, I guess that they could fight for palimony, depending on your states statues. But truth be told the chances are slim to none. You are nothing but a gold digger and need to quit living off someone else and go make a life for yourself. You are not teaching your child the right values like this.

Any woman worth that much has seen to it you will get what you should.....diddly squat.
You can work, can't you? You have a child that the court gave you custody of so I guess you make enough to live life like the rest of us.
You don't need her money. Smarten up and act like a man.
See people, golddigging is an equal opportunity job!!

Wow!!!! I don't think you have any legal right to any of this woman's money. It takes 7 years to be a common law marriage (provided you live in a state that recognizes it). And-- the children are from a previous relationship, and this woman is not their mother. It sounds like you aren't entitled to anything. I can't see why you should think so, in the first place!!!!

I think you have to live together for more than 6 years to have a common law marraige.
You gold digging little bastard. You child has NO rights if it's not hers.
Get off your lazy a$$ and get a job, stop mooching off someone with money - If I knew who your girl was, I'd tell her so she'd kick your a$$ to the curb, LOSER

Well, I guess we can see why you are in the relationship but who knows why she sticks around! That should not even be something you think of - what does it matter?!
Hopefully, if you are in a common-law marriage state, she ditches you before that time comes.
You are obviously not there for love!
(But to answer your question - you have no rights to the money!)

After the Anna Nicole Smith situation you need to draw up wills with everything from babies, money, where you'll live, sleep, eat, be buried.
Start reseraching you state laws and get a an attorney, just dont mention the 40million first.

Unless you are married to her and she has parental rights to your child as well, I don't think you or your child has any legal rights to her worth..Maybe if you marry her but, even then you never know if she will want a prenup.....Get a consult with a lawyer who may be able to help you with any concerns or questions...

What does your girlfriend do for a living and how did she get all this money. You sound like you think the money is yours, well sorry to tell you but you don't have any rights to HER money. Sounds like you are up to something shady. Just in it for the money uh. The good livin is addictive isn't it. I'm curious add more details on what's it like having access to the good life. You apparently like it so much that you are actively trying to get your hands on the loot.

Why would you want to leave? If your being taken care of then stay. But you don't deserve anything if you haven't contributed anything. And the money wasn't made while you two were together it was there before you and it sounds like it will be after you.
