Many of the symptoms are the same, but the less common symptoms in men are more common in women. For example, fatigue is more common in women than men. Pressure in the chest, pain down the arms, sweating, etc. will still occur. The problem is, many women who experience these symptoms are less likely to believe they are a result of a heart attack, or they are less likely to be taken seriously when they realize what's going on, because heart attacks are often treated as a "man's" problem.

they can be the same as a man, but typically women don't feel the crushing chest pain that men do. Women are a lot more susceptible to silent heart attacks then men are. But usually it would be brought on by excessive exercise or something that puts an unusual amount of stress on the heart followed by difficulty breathing pale skin and maybe sweaty. For Men they usually experience a pain that's like an elephant sitting on there chest, but again women have a tendency to avoid the sings and symptoms.

according to the American heart association

As with men, women's most common heart attack symptom is chest pain or discomfort. But women are somewhat more likely than men to experience some of the other common symptoms, particularly shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting, and back or jaw pain
