I would tell your husband to stop if you are trying to concieve.
I work in the field of support for persons with developmental disabilities and FASD also known as fetal alcohol spectrum disorder can also be associated to the alcohol in the males sperm. So if you want to lesson the chance of having a child born without a birth defect or disability get him to stop. If you are already pregnant maybe he is enjoying it now before the kids comes along.

I think you should be concerned about how much he is drinking rather then if he drinks everyday. If he is drinking four five drinks per day I think he maybe on the verge of becoming an alcoholic. I think maybe you should consider counselling before you jump into parenthood I think your hubby may be saying he don't want kids?.

God Bless and best wishes.

Sounds like he is very apprehensive. I think he sees his whole world changing. My husband went out of his way to get me a baby and then when he brought her home he said, "you realize this is going to ruin our marriage." He didn't want a kid, he just wanted me. He may be dreading losing his best friend and partner in life. The baby will be the center of your world. Now if he was 100% gung ho about having a kid he shouldn't be worried. Maybe he is just enjoying his freedom before responsibility sets in!!!

He's probably stressed the hell out! If it was OK for pregnant women to drink beer I would have been drunk the whole time I was pregnant!

he`z nervous about having the baby. it means more responsibilty and less freedom. he probably thinks that those are his last "fun responsibility free" days. tell him that u can work thru this 2gether and u guys can still be coo land free and stuff. calm his nerves tel him that everythings gonna be ok and that an alcoholic parent isnt good for the baby.

Drinking every day is definitely a sign of a problem. Why don't you sit him down and ask him what's going on?

Its tuff to say with out more details but is he scared or nervous ?? If it is an issue you need to sit down with him and have a talk about it. If it bothers you then he should be made aware of it.
