no-humanity need's all ethanol product's to be converted into some type of food, ethanol is alcohol, and it can be quickly converted to feed or other food item's, rather than a gas. the amount of energy in the atmosphere (sunlight) and wind (adiabatic pressure)is pure energy. Ethanol is ag related and need not be efficiently used as the other basic's, sunlight and wind. Therefore ethanol is a political ploy of the degenerate mind's of the corrupt politician's that are thinking of putting some type of snow job, so that the corporation's they own, get rich.

Depends upon the use as Ethanol is drinking alcohol, though for pure ethanol to be legal it has to have a non-property-effecting poison in it otherwise its moonshine. I'm not entirely positive about these facts, about 97% though.

It may not be. Ethanol production is just starting to ramp up. Corn prices are going up. So anything made from corn is costing more money.
