Go into your mouse settings inside your control panel.
First go into the Device Settings tab. Select your mouse and open the settings once in the properties menu (opens when you click settings) go to the sensitivity and click on it to open a drop down, select 'palm check' and increase the sensitivity.
If this does not work, in the same menu, select the touch sensitivity and increase this as well.

If all else fails... go back to the device settings tab and disable the mouse by selecting it and click(or hit return/enter) on the disable button beside settings.

Hope this helps :-D

scary...but this happened to me b4. not too sure if ur problem is same as mine. but mine use to float around just like that. after months of being scared theres a hacker taking over my pc. i finally found out the mousepad for the laptop was wet thats y it floats around. this was due to my a/c. my a/c is always on low temp. so in the morning the room is really cold and vapour sets on the mousepad. just take a damp piece of cloth and wipe off the vapour and should be solved.
hopefully ur problem is same as mine.
otherwise u may need to get ur pc checked.

ok, what you choose to do first is get your self an Orangutan. you have considered Disney's "The Jungle e book", of path, so which you recognize the way ******* badass those adult males are. After this, you will have to snatch 3 lithium ion batteries, one Belgian guy, some packs of Trident Layers, and finally 2 BigMacs from McDonalds. i think of you recognize what to do next.

Your case is very scary. If your hacker installed some kind of script in your computer you should be able to detect it with the http://www.infectedornot.com tool or www.bitdefender.com

Good Luck!
