I wanna make my own shirt and i know i have to have transfer papper but i dont know where to buy it. I would order some of the internet but i need them now. Please tell me i live in Columbus, Ohio around most stores.

I've decorated t-shirts with iron on transfers. I didn't think they were expensive - maybe $7 for a package of 6 sheets. I believe my instructions say to use 50/50, not 100% cotton, but I did use 100% cotton as that's all I could find. Yes you could cut it into shapes. Or just print it out in 5X7's, or 4X6's, whatever your computer program does. I had my iron too hot - it leaves brownish scorch marks. Too cool is not good either; it has to be just right. Wash in cold water for the first 2-3 times or so to keep the color locked in and avoid fading. I dried it on a clothesline. Mine was T-shirt transfers made by Avery and bought at Wal*Mart. You could always put it on a cloth bag or apron so it doesn't get washed so often. Make sure the package says Ink Jet.

I got mine at Hobby Lobby. They have it in the aisle with iron on patches and stuff like that. I'm sure it's at any craft store.
