I don't know what state your from but in Idaho a moped is a motorized vehicle and therefore subject to the same rules as my Harley.

I think it depends where you live, but I think you are screwed either way. At least where I use to live, kids weren't allowed to ride them on the street/ bicycle lanes, so they rode them on the sidewalk. Then they weren't allowed to ride them on the sidewalk. A law was passed that they were only legal to ride on private property. However, your city may be different. You might have to ask a traffic cop or something.
And remember to always wear a helmet and safety gear. People who drive cars are idiots and like to run over people on 2 wheels.

i don't know why they do it, yet you're extremely ultimate...they do. human beings additionally do it in food market aisles.....they only cease lifeless. that is undesirable sufficient once you're only walking in the back of them....yet once you're pushing a wheel-chair with a trolley on the front and the momentum has geared up up.......it is your fault once you run into them.....grrr

Not here. 16 minimum for a license. Mopeds don't do 45mph.

ya i ride my dirt bike on the road alot but if you see a cop run and don't let them pigs catch you because it is ileagle
