I'd love to sleep another 3 or 4 hours. I wake up every 1-2 hours and never seem to get a decent night's sleep

I would absolutely adore more sleep than I usually have. I have chronic insomnia due to a brain injury and only get 3-4 hours of sleep on average. The headaches never go away. Prior to the injury, I slept like the dead for 8 hours solid. Even massive thunderstorms didn't wake me.

I would like 2 get more sleep i usually get 6-7 hours a day & would like to get @ least 8-9 of sleep on weedays but on weekends i can stay in bed till 12:00

Yes, because I feel very tired everday. I get 8 hrs. of sleep everyday, and still feel tired. I'm should be getting 9 or 10, but maybe that wouldn't even help.
No, because I'd rather stay awake all night watching t.v. or reading. Doesn't 10:30 seem a bit too early for bed? But everyone needs their sleep, so unless I'm immortal, I can't resist sleep.
I'm so tired...

No. Like my mom said as you get older you need less sleep, and not everyone needs 8 hours of sleep as the doctors insist. I find that the longer I sleep, when I awaken I am drained, my back hurts and I am tired, and I feel like I lost most of the day.

yes i would, because more sleep means i will concentrate better during the day.
i would like to have 3 more hours, i have an average of 5 hours because i have been studying a lot so if i could just re-gain my energy i am certain i will concentrate better in the fall of my college career

I would like to sleep atleast a few hours longer then I do now.. Sleep however should not consume your life and you should only have adaquate sleep to make you feel just rested enough
