As I have no idea what (or where) surat is, I can only give you a general answer:

Try the local music school.
Ask at the shops where they sell musical instruments, even those where they do not sell guitars will often be able to direct you to a teacher or school.
Place a small ad in a local newspaper, school magazine or notice-board in a shop.
If you are in school or a student, ask a teacher in school or a students adviser, (or whatever they are called,) often they have lists or local websites for out of school learning too.
Get a book or an on-line instructions-site and try, but if so, still try to get a few lessons to start with, as the way to hold the instrument and the first start in playing are important.
