Spam is usually an advert for illegal viagra or a money laundering scheme from Nigeria, or something along those lines. Though anything sent to you that you didn't ask for is 'spam,' if you're in Y!A politics, you're asking to read a variety of questions about politics.
Any message advocating a position with which you disagree strongly and without feeling the need to examine the merits of your position (the position seems 'obviously wrong' to you) will probably look like 'propaganda.'
Conservatives may choose to make thier views known on the internet for the same reason they do so on talk radio: because other, more conventional and/or more popular media outlets are systematically closed to them.

may be because spam rhymes w/ scam?! every public media is conservative and owned by same people.read between the lines , they all blame the individual. you never see them blaming any problems on the social structure or the system!!

Your grammar is imperfect. I am not sure what "this" is referring to. Conservatives use radio talk shows to get their messages out. It is a worthwhile alternative to the main stream media, which is polluted with liberal bias.
