Well that is kind of an odd gift, did you make her cook her own gift or did you cook it up for her? Thing is Mother's day, valentines day is all over-rated anyway. Apologize for the goofy gift and take her out for the evening after you forked out the money for spa treatment for the day.....you should do this kind of stuff occasionally anyway not just for those days that the US spends so much money. Mothers day and Valentines day is everyday that you want it to be. She should be special 365 days of the year not just those days. Show her that you care everyday!

A Tyson chicken for mother's day--you couldn't think of anything more personal or romantic than that ? Apologize profusely, and ask her to give you hints for future occasions if you don't know what to get her.

What's wrong with that, Figato? There was nothing wrong with the chicken, was there? It was fresh and everything and looked nice? You must have forgotten to put the diamond ring inside the bird. THAT is what makes them happy.

What do you have to do to make her happy?? Try putting some thought into your next gift to her! Would you, in ALL honesty, want to receive a chicken as a gift....c'mon! Get a clue

she might think you are trying to call her fat because she loves chicken! well, i love chicken too, so that doesnt mean i want chicken for any special occasion...ever heard of "diamonds are a girl's best friend???" ever heard of jewlery?? you shouldve cooked something or treat her out at a romant6tic candle light dinner at your house or a restaurant, sinc she takes care of your child(ren), you shouldve gotten them a babysitter so it could be just you and your wife and the bright stars...you sicken me...

you have to know that no woman really wants a chicken for mothers day........maybe you could have cooked her a chicken for her Sunday evening meal but don't buy her one and not get her another gift---- you should have cooked her dinner and bought her something nice for being a mother to her child(ren) would you have wanted a food item for fathers day? i think not lol
