I am 4 days late and I am always regular. My cycles are 35 days.

the sperm can live in you for 72 hrs which is 3 days and the time you ovulates is called a four day window. during that time, you can get pregnant but is best to have sex 1 or 2 days before you ovulates because sometimes when you have it on the day you ovulates, the egg might already be dead because egg can only live in in for about 12 -24 hours.
