It is full of bacteria, so it will make you sick.
But it shouldn't be poisonous, unless you ate some poison.

Yes, but not in the way you may be thinking of. "Poo" is anything your body does not want in solid form (some times that's not the case). The bacteria it contains is harmful for your body and hygene.

not poisonous per se but it is full of bad bacteria. You can get infections if it gets into cuts or scratches.
