Spiders do not live together as a community, so no. Spiders do not make "friends". They will eat each other.
Killing a bee makes other bees angry, because they can smell the chemicals given off by the dead bee. I am not sure about wasps, but I assume that they have a similar response.

No idea... I thought that as a kid.
And now, after years of therapy, the nightmares will start again. I can see it already... the faces of all the spiders I have flushed... pleading... "avenge my death".. and then a group of spiders in a dingy room wearing balaclavas and going over their plan. Syncronizing their watches. Thanks for putting that back into my mind. Thanks.

in a way yes. when you kill a spider or any other insect it gives off a certain odor that goes through the air. it is an odor we can not smell. the odor eventually reaches the nest and they decide to attack. kinda like the odor they use to find home when tracking food or other things, each nest has a certain smell.
