My brother throw my heels to the power lines and now they are hanging 25feet high... They have been there for 3 weeks... I'm planning to call someone to get them down... but I'm not sure if it's worth it.... heavy rains have soaken them and also strong sun light... will these make them unusable and not worth of bringing them down?

Not worth it.
A. They wont come for that
B. Dispatchers will laugh at you
C. The Police wont come either
D. Your brother needs to cough money for them
E. Your shoes are trashed from weather
F. Leave em.
G. More a pain to call a fire co.
H. It is a big hazard for them since its an active power line
I. You will be charged and the next time if something really serious like a fire they probably would remember you as the crazed shoe lady.

You should ask you brother to buy you a new pair, and then hope that he grows up. You could actually be charged by the fire department for such as call, as it is not an emergency, and you could be taking their time away from a real emergency.

If the electric company finds out about this, your brother could be charged with vandalism.

Considering they have been out in the weather for several weeks, I am sure that they are ruined, all the glue and stitching has loosened up, and they wouldn't be safe to walk in any longer.

If they've been up there for 3 weeks, they're not worth bringing down. Calling the emergency crews to get them down will only get you laughed at. Since there is no life at risk AND they'd have to shut the power off to get them off the lines (potentially affecting hundreds of customers), they wouldn't do it even if you called them.

My advice? Tell your idiot of a brother to get you a new pair.......

Good luck!

If the rain has already soaked them, they aren't worth retrieving. The electric company could actually charge him with vandalism, since they own the power lines.
Your brother owes you a new pair of shoes.
