when I saw my wife I was told she was Graduate, religious & found of cooking. I told her that since it was beging of my carrier she will hav to strugle a lot & wud hav to all house hold work. We got married. I came to Kno that my she is not even 10th, & was not in habbit of doing anywork, her language was rough ans she not at all clean. She made me quarrel with my brother. At every step my mom in laws chaeted me, yet they never left a chance to humilate me. And when they could do any thing they fabricted false evidence to invole me in a rape case. but soon my loclitry people came to kno the truth and they asked me to leave my wife, but I thought of my daughter and all harrasment my family wouls suffer I chose to stay with her. my in laws dont feel ashamed of what they did. still they try to act bully, & my wife at hearts is always with them.If I ask why they did so my wife says I dont hav the right to ask. Im forced to leave my parental house due to my wife and pay huge rent Wat 2 do

Try taking her in for a counselling which you too need to go for - note neither of you is a God or Godess or a Saint.
You guys need to go in for a counselling and then later get your two's parents too to go for it - and do it ASAP before your marriage fails. And you need to do it hook or crook.!! Else you would be into big time problems. You need to somehow stop your MIL from interefering.
Listen you got married now either of you need to cover up for eachother's weaknesses.
Go for a counselling ASAP!!!

It sounds like you were duped into this marriage. But you have a child together so that complicates matters.
Talk with a lawyer about divorcing her and getting custody of your daughter.
Speak with your family about this. If they will support your decision to leave your wife and help you raise your child then that's good. If they would be too humiliated at the thought of divorce and single-father hood then you will really have to pray for a good solution from God.
This will not be easy but either you divorce this good-for-nothing woman or stay with her and suck up whatever her family dishes out.
Quite frankly, you deserve better than this.

If you live well, you can maintain a decent living for your family. i.e. if the beanpole is correct, structure can be made. All this activity by your wife and in laws does'n't allow you to live with peace and you can not be successful. If you are not successful, u cannot give good life to your family. So, your daughter also suffers.
Therefore, the question of daughter is the last matter. If you are out of this relationship you can support your daughter even better than what you can standing in here.
