If you mean that you are addicted or interestedn it yourself you have to remember a few simple things;

1) Children are not capable of consent, and are victims of abuse in child pornography.
2) It is illegal and you could go to jail and ruin your own life, and that of your family.
3) People who are sexually attracted to children were probably sexualized at a young age and therefore associate sex with children. You need to get help for any sexual abuse you've suffered yourself so that you don't inflict it on anyone else.

If those 3 things aren't enough to stop you then you need some serious behaviour modification. Anytime you find yourself thinking of something inappropriate force yourself to clear your head or think of something else. Remind yourself that it is wrong and that you don't want to hurt anyone.
Keep yourself away from it, don't spend a lot of time on the internet, if you have any porn in your house destroy it , and keep yourself away from kids if you can't trust yourself.

I think you really need to get help though, I imagine like any addiction you would need help to kick it.

This question does not really make much sense. Perhaps you should repost a reworded question. Are you saying that you are addicted to it and how to stop urself from viewing it? OR if you are negatively affected by seeing it and it bothers you, how do you forget you seen it?

I'm assuming that "affected" = "addicted".

If you're addicted to child pornography, I'd take the advice of the first poster. You get caught, you're going to jail and from what I understand, other inmates don't take to kindly to folks as yourself.

I can support/understand many sexual fetishes, etc, but child pornography? That's just wrong.....
