Theres no visable fuel leaks. Ive dataloged it and its not running rich. Ive replaced the O2, Map, Egr, and rebuilt the TB. Nothings helping.

Make sure your spark plugs are connected to the correct cylinder. I did the same thing in my camaro. I changed the plugs and put them back on in the incorrect place. I was always smelling straight gas. Just search the web for the correct spark plug diagram.

Make, model year of car, engine? Please specify more info when posting......could be a plugged charcoal cannister or bad purge valve, sometimes a leak is small enough to leak fuel onto a hose or line but no drip and you still smell gas fumes. Is it an old car with corroded lines? Fuel tank vent hose damaged? Just some possibilties....Paul
