The biggest man was Yokozuna he weighed approximately 600 to 650 lbs.
The other bigger men were Andre the Giant who shifted weight several times from 380 to 540 lbs.
Mable weighed around 496 lbs and the Great Khali currently weighs 408 lbs.

Haystacks Calhoun though not primarily did wrestle in the old WWWF may have weighed 600

Happy Humphrey in 1950's and 60's often billed at 750 pounds wrestled prior to WWWF back when Capitol Wrestling Corp was part of the NWA.

I don't know if he ever visited the McMahon CWC territory or not.

Andre the giant was the biggest guy in the wwe no lie look at his bio on tv and dvd he was the biggest man in the wwe

That man was Andre The Giant. He held the belt one night in Feb '88 before handing it to Ted Debiase.
