After the Treaty of Versailles, the Germans were left paying the full brunt of reparations. In the meantime, the 1920's was an era of prosperity but not for the Germans for they would bear inflation to the point that it would cost a wheelbarrow of marks to pay for a loaf of bread. When the Depression hit the world like a runaway locomotive, this gave Hitler and the Nazi party the break they needed with their fiery nationalism and their hateful policies. As the Depression worsened, the election of 1932 in Germany brought Hitler all the attention he needed . Although he only received about 1/3 of the vote, the time would come in January 1933 when Hindenburg named Hitler, chancellor of Germany and his rise to power had occured. In the summer of 1934 Hindenburg had died and Hitler named himself President of Germany and he alone possessed sole power in Germany

Hitler promised socialist reforms to the poor. He also got himself made Chancellor. Earlier he tried to overthrow the govt. during the Beer Hall Putsch. It is long and complicated and you could probably get the information better from a text book.
Basically, Germany after WWI was left poor because of the Treaty of Versailles. The treaty did not allow Germany to have practically any manufacturing capability. They were also not allow to produce weapons of war. Germany was treaty like an outcast due to their starting the war.
In this vacuum, and the eventual world wide depression, Hitler preached to the German poor that they should not abide by the treaty and that Germany should be a dominate country in Europe. The German people began to believe the charismatic speaker and his new party, the Nazi's. They tried and failed to overthrow the gov't but let the gov't know they were a forced to be reckoned with.
In the following years the Nazi's started winning seats in the gov't and Hitler was named Chancellor to appease his party. Hitler eventually takes over the gov't and names himself Fuhrer. He blames the Jews and other Europeans for the plight of Germany.

Hitler came to power because he promised the people to make Germany great again. Remember they weren't used to democracy and had only recently abolished their dictators a few decades ago so they were happy to have Hitler. Also Hitler fed lies to them he said Jews were the main reason why Germany had lost the war and lost their money he also made sure the papers said what he wanted them to say when he got into power he told them to tell the people that all other European countries were worse off than them and therefore he justified starting world war 2 by saying he would make the countries better.

Since this is a homework question you are on your own. And, since my crystal ball is down at the moment, and this is a subject about which nothing at all exists on the Web, or anyplace else, looks like you are SOL. Get off your terminally lazy behind, kid! You are among the laziest, most un-resourceful, spoiled generation to ever UN-grace the planet!
