It's really priceless. No amount of money would be able to buy it because it is an American icon and a big piece of American history. That is where all the presidents lived, it was burned and rebuilt during the war of 1812 with the English, and has much more history to it. The most expensive mansions in the world go for about 40 million so you could base your answer upon that.
