oh yeah. she's so traumatized that's why she's flying to florida to appear at a party for a large sum of money. She can sure live it up before she goes to jail.

I, for one, am keeping my fingers crossed that she will have to do the entire 45 days. I don't care if it "traumatizes" her so badly all her hair falls out and her boobs drop to her knees.

She has repeatedly broken the law and simply relied on her celebrity and her money to bail her out. Remember when she backed into another vehicle in a parking garage and then fled the scene? Remember the times she has been stopped for other violations, including DUI? Any other non-celebrity would have to serve time, including you and me. I don't know why she should be any different.

Would any reasonable person be upset at the prospect of serving time in jail? You bet they would. But that wouldn't stop us average Janes and Joes from having to don an orange jumpsuit and live in a cell, and it shouldn't stop Paris Hilton from having to do it, either.

i don't think of there is any super injury in granting a continuance on the civil tournament if the events agree and if it removes prolonged appeals... yet at this element, this lady desires to do her 40 5 days! it must be overly harsh whilst positioned next to a pair different district courts, even though it started with a DUI and besides, she does not look to renowned something under harsh. Whining her way out of it would be unspeakable!!!, although "early launch" must be earnable. i will't think of that she ought to emerge from detention center because of the fact an identical vapid newborn that went in.

Jail time is a traumatic experience for most offenders but not for the ones committing crimes against a person in jail.i mean (hell).that has been a place of festering congested crime. If shock of incarceration was all it took to get a message across, then if you don't believe it. try it.when the doors are closed, the ears of your cries being heard are closed too.

This is ridiculous. Just another self-deluded individual walking around with a false perception of self-entitlement. Just because your family worked hard to make a name for themselves and you get to reep the rewards, does not make you better than the rest of society. Although she will probably not serve a minute of her 45 day sentence, I can only hope that maybe this experience will be a long awaited reality check for this sad, sad individual.

I think anyone would be a little traumatized to have to go to jail, but she isnt any different than anyone else who has to do the time and should be treated no differently. She deserved the sentence that she got.

Yeah, all I can say is waaaaahhhhh!!!! It just goes to show the poor, deluded wench just needs a heavy dose of reality after living a life of extreme privilege. She wouldn't feel nearly as bad if she killed someone while committing her next DUI.

traumatize my a*ss. its another act she's pulling to weasle her way out trouble.

I hope she don't get off the hook because of this, it would make the official look like a puppet for the rich and famous instead of doing what they were hired to do, that is to uphold the law. I hope the court don't wait for her to kill someone before they do anything about it.

lock up the worthless (worthless to society) wench.

her comment about the contributions she makes to society with her beauty really made me sick. She is not at all attractive. who would want some made mostly of plastic? that goes for her body and personality.

You know if the public and the media would just quit talking about her and b spears, maybe they would just go away. Those people live off the publicity. the more press they get(good or bad) makes them more "valuable" as a celeb.

She's a disgrace, that's all. She lives in the clouds and has no clue how the rest of the world lives. It's all about Paris, all the time......
