First off, there is no such thing as an oil mine. And your first word is spelled "biggest" not 'bigest'.

the biggest oil FIELDS are in Canada, Iraq, and then maybe somewhere in Russia or in the Oceans.
so i guess you can see i don't know. but they are underground.
