No offense but as others have said there is the whole bible thing. It will rear its head at some point. So will cane like a walking stick, sugar cane and the street shortening of cocaine. It is hard enough for a kid to always have to explain how his name is spelled.
But on the upside Kain could denote great strength. If you spelled it "Kaine" it would sound vaguely british. Different but strong. Think say Gavin or Ian. Kain sounds made up.
However you spell it a strong middle name that is normal would work. Kain Michael or Kain Thomas..... think of if this way though it is first and lasts. Michael Caine, Harrison Ford, Patrick Stewart..... all changed their names to be successfull.
There is much power in a name so consider the name carefully. And by the way... congratulations!
