Its a hydration thing. If a guy doesn't drink enough water or drinks to many diuretics like coffee or caffenated beverages then this will affect the consistency of semen. The result will be a thick chunky or cottage cheese consistency. With sufficient hydration, the watery consistency will return.
I also knew someone who went to the doctor because they were freaked out by this and thought they had an STD. I also told them that was too much information. lol

Well, if his semen looks like a "cottage cheese" this means that he didn't masturbate for a loong time! So no worries,try this more frequently.if the situation doesn't change go and see a doctor.
