would be being familiar with the local area?
My food is here TWO HOURS after I made my delivery order because the delivery guy "wasn't familiar with the area". I can understand being lost... but DAMN!
Has this ever happened to you?

yes, waited for 2 hrs for a pizza and the place is about 2 miles from where I live-never did that again

It's happened to me before. I live right off a main road in my town and everytime I place an order I'm told it'll be there in 45 minutes. Hour and a half almost two hours go by and he finally shows up. But he pulls into the wrong driv way. There are numbers on the houses and curbs. I feel your pain.

It has happened to us, and it should be a qualification! And reading is another qualification. First Street is NOT First AVENUE, otherwise you'll be all the way across town! Geez.

i would think so
and its never happened to me because i live in a small down -- no deliveries :) lol ive lived in towns with them but i was always easily found :)

cmon he gets paid min wage and works for some bloke that will never amount to anything and thinks managing pizza hut makes him important. give em a break!
