There's a chance you have some kind of hacking tool installed in your computer

Go to http://www.infectedornot.com and run a Total Scan or go to www.bitdefender.com and then you'll be able to remove all the malware and stuff with www.kaspersky.com or AVG

You may have a virus running in your computer. The virus could be stored as Quarantined but still running. I would also suggest that you don't let your computer run all day. Some things you could try to do is use as mentioned earlier Windows Intern Defrager, you can retrieve information about this at windows.com. There is also another chance you may have something running on your computer without you knowing it. Something like limewire or bittorent. To stop programs as this and others go to run, then type msconfig after that a window opens. In that window go to start and uncheck the boxes that you don't need. Before unchecking though make sure you for sure know what you are unchecking. If you mess up then your start up could go horribly wrong.

I guess you use Windows and it's intern defragger. But that prog's (like many others by M$) not perfect. Get another one from the www.
