Pound of bacon, dozen pork sausages, 6 thick slices of ham, 4 eggs over easy, and 2 slices of whole wheat bread lightly toasted, minus the crust and slathered with real butter.
He was eating healthier since he had heart problems, and only ate whole wheat bread minus the crust.
