I am guessing that you might be in your teens.
I got married at 17 and I do understand. It definitely did NOT feel good at first. A tube of KY jelly (the warming type is lovely) and will do wonders to make sex MUCH more pleasurable. Lubrication is primary in having excellent sex.
Condoms are dry and need the gel. When the gliding action is improved your pleasure will be improved.
It takes experience for a young man or any man to develop the talent of pleasing a woman and it works the other way around also. All men are not great lovers. So give it some time. Just remember you must give AND take. So study what you can do to be a great partner. Great foreplay and wonderful making out is required.
If you insist on having sex, make sure you are on birth control.
Read sexy books to give yourself some sex education and the same goes for him. If you absolutely must have sex now, privately watch a little porn. It will help enormously with stimulation. All of these things need to be with a lover that you truly trust.
Hot, amazing, sensual, pleasing lovers are not easy to find.
Plan for pleasure and if you are of age an alcoholic drink will relax your inhibitions.
Learn the sensitive or exciting places to touch on your body and his body. They can be anywhere on your body. Strangely enough Mine is on my high back between my shoulder blades. If it is touched lightly with fingertips, well lets just say I melt. So find your places. This takes time. You should plan a safe private place for two to four hours for amazing sex.
Good Luck!
Please ignore most of the answers you have seen. I am over 60 and have had GREAT/UNBELIEVABLE sex for 36 years; Ignorance is what causes most bad sex.

how does it hurt exactly? Like it just doesn't seem to fit? The 3 times you've had sex....has this been the only time you've had sex? Some girls it takes a couple of times for it to start to feel right.

I know its discouraging to hear but just keep at it. Many women say they have to have sex 5 or 6 times before it really starts to feel good. Also include lots of foreplay or use lube

You need to see the doctor to find out what is causing this. Do not be shy your doc has seen it all before and heard it all before. You can also try using astroglide lube before sex to see if this helps but if it doesn't then it is time to talk to your doctor.

It will continue to hurt until your pussy is adjusted to the penetration. That could take couple of month. If you stop having sex then it'll never get adjusted and you'll continue to feel pain for long time to come.
