I am pregnant and have a girl name picked out (Nevaeh Caylin) but cant think of many boy names please help me!!!

My advice would be to drop the wildly overused 'neveah' since that's the namebrand of cosmetic products (spelled differently, but you know how kids are)
Don't try to be cute or tricky or hip, or cool, or witty when picking out a name your child will have to live with the rest of his/her life. Pick something that has meaning to you and your husband. Is there a relative that was a good influence? Maybe a contraction of relative's names...such as Katelyn, for mother Katherine and grandmother Linda...etc. For a boy, think about the teasing and fights on the playground. Also do some research on the meanings of names and origins. Somebody mentioned biblical names...there are a lot of names there with meaning. Daniel, Mark, etc. are good strong names...think about your relatives and check out some more names:

Aww thats the cutest baby girl name! I plan to name my girl Sulia Lillith, I am 33wks so far. As for boys I had picked out Shaun Taylor, well I gave my husband the right to pick the boy name, but its a girl, good luck!

I also had a hard time with boys names and I ended up with 2 boys. My youngest sons name is Aikley. I wanted to give him a name that you don't hear a lot. Good luck!
