Hi I like the website beautyriot, I got alot of celebrity make up tips and you just chose which one you want to try and work out the best look for you.
The also give you tips on what suit your hair colours and face shape and skin colour and type.
Ive never looked at the fashion bit on what suits people or not but Im sure there will be something of interest in that department on there for you.
I found it to be a really good website for make up though as it goes throught the process step by step.
