I've seen this so many times.Women wanting plastic surgery.WHY?Why does a woman consider it?It's not you.I can only speak considering my wife, but if she had a boob job, lipo or anything else,I wouldn't consider her to be my 'natural' wife.We love eachother no matter what,so is it vanity or are women so scared of getting old?
On the question of getting old, what does it matter? If you are old,SURELY this shouldn't matter.Getting wrinkles ect is a part of life.LOOKING old is a part of life.
Why does this scare the **** out of SOOOOO many women?

Thank you ladies for giving me your point of view.
The only thing I can say to you is plastic surgery is just what it says on the can.PLASTIC.Not real.
If my lady has got a few grey hairs and her body doesn't look like an 18 yr old..SO WHAT??? You are what you are.Speaking as a man, give me real boobs,a real face and yes, even a real fart once in a while to help me remember what was so special about my wife, that I wanted to marry her.Warts, farts, wrinkles and all

You seem like a nice guy who loves his wife.
Unfortunately, in today's world, women who show age are considered, well, old. And definitely not sexy.
It's not true, but media and ad driven, in my opinion.Look at movies. Look at so many men with their young "trophy" wives.
Plus it is much harder for both men and women to look fit as they age and plastic surgery procedures can mask some of that.

I say, if you want it, go for it. But, more than one procedure per body part starts to look freakish, especially on the face.

In the end, we all look old anyway.

Wow, I wish there were more men like you! Thats the real problem, between TV and billboards there is a feeling of becoming "obsolete", it can be daunting to a woman. So much divorce today with people leaving their long time love for someone half their age seems the norm. So much is revolving around women and their looks today. A man gets some grey hair and we say they look.. well... dignified. A women looks like an old hag. This society is very closed minded to what is considered "sexy". It's too bad because more than anything I would LOVE to love who I am when I hit 50. I would love for people to see my wrinkles and say she looks dignified and thats attractive. We as adults shape the minds of the children around us as well. This will be a never ending cycle of self abuse. Unfortunately.

I think I shall grow old gracefully.

I feel if a woman or man for that matter would want to have this surgery and they have the funds then go for it. It's a choice that should be made between the two partners.

Fimer or otherwise it must be something you both can live with.

It's like a tattoo, you have to live with whatever you choose for life.

We are scared of being not attractive any more..I wouldn't do any plastic surgery though if you take care of yourself you shouldn't have to have surgery..but if it boost your self a seam I guess that's not bad but we are always going to be unhappy about something in our body's so what the point of having plastic surgery any way.

I think its down to not being comfortable with yourself, big belly, no boobs, whatever. Its the same with hair, you allways prefer other peoples, we really should be happy with what we have.

i've already warned my husband that gracefully or not- i was going to let myself get old. he knew from the beginning that I wasn't going to even dye my hair. If God wants you to always have dark hair or flawless skin- he'll allow it to happen :)
