That is a big order and it is not a question; it is a command! There have been books written on each of these influences on lifespan and you could write one too, after a lot of research. To comment on just one of these influences:

Our knowledge about genes is from a relatively new science and I don't think science knows enough yet to really give a reliable opinion on how genes, overall, effect lifespan.
