All these music questions seem to be about pop, punk, rap, country, hip-hop, and other crappy mucic. No offense if you like that kind of stuff!!! I just want to know if anyone listens to hard rock or metal now days?! If you don't...you should! Crank up some metal and aggrivate your neighbors!!! What's a better way to spend a Tuesday afternoon?! =)

Hell Yeah. Disturbed, Sevendust, Static-X, Rammstein, Machine Head, Killswitch Engage, Ozzy, Korn, Old school Metallica, Fozzy, Mudvayne, Alec Empire, you name it. Hell I'm going to see Saliva next week and Steven Pearcy from Ratt is on tour and will be hitting up a city near you, that will be sweet.

i'm a Christian and that i hear to metallic. I stay away from metallic it truly is blatantly anti-Christian or Satanic, yet it truly is barely a small element of metallic. My iPod has approximately 50% metallic, 40% punk and 10% each and every little thing else. I hear to Metallica, yet Iron Maiden is my absolute prominent band. these days I even have been listening to "The Sword." Their album "Warp Riders" is especially sturdy!

I have always liked metal...it puts me in the best mood and gets me motivated when I'm feeling less than human. Although a lot of the newer bands are generic sounding and not as innovative as the old stuff, like Slayer, Pantera, Metallica, Motorhead, Laaz Rocket, Megadeth. I'm very diversified in my taste of music...boy bands & country are about the only thing I have a low tolerance for. Music is the greatest mood enhancer, whatever the mood there is music to make it come alive!

HELL NO!!!
Metal music is for people with no taste for real music and melodies that are actually pleasant to listen to!
Metal is for people with nothing but lead in the brain!
Metal music is devil music!
You really gotta be possessed by some evil spirit or diabolical force or demon straight from hell to want to listen to and actually enjoy that kind of crap day in day out, I swear!
Heavy metal band members may know how to play the guitar and bang on a set of drums but they sure cannot sing for toffee!!!
All they do is scream and yell like some immature adolescent rebels!!!
And the amount of unnecessary swearing they do just shows how incredibly limited their intellect actually is!
Have you ever listened to Death Metal before?
How horrid!
How awful!
How ghastly that kind of unbearable noise really is!
To all the heavy metal bands out there:
Grow up for God's sake and get a real job!!!
And to all the metal hand bangers out there:

I do have certain standards when it comes to music ya know!
Metal music is the purest form of Evil I have ever heard in my life!
My boyfriend has been totally addicted to that kind of horrific noise since his teens, which means that I unfortunately have to endure all this crap this daredevil headbanger listens to on a daily basis no less!
At home, in the car, you name it!
Either that or dump him, right, lol?
If we ever do beak up, that is one thing that I will certainly not miss about him, that's for damn sure!
God help us if I have to listen to one more metal song, I swear!

Define metal. I have albums by ACDC, Iron maiden, Metallica, The Cult and GNR to name a few. Although I enjoy a large range of music including jazz and blues.

I love metal. Slayer, old Metallica, Danzig, Godsmack and that kind of stuff. I can put on some good metal and automatically get in a better mood!

Im into Alternitive Rock..Like. Nine Inch Nails, Aiden, Takingbacksunday, and yeah..like that kinda music..
but im into rock and metal..but yeah... i dont get into the rap.and pop crap..lol
