Park a brand new hummer with 22" rims in a bad neighborhood and leave it unlocked with the keys inside then get a sniper to wait on top of a nearby building. Once a crimal takes the bait he gets a .50 caliber bullet right between the eyes. I know to do this we would have to change the constitution but I feel we should because people's property is worth much more than the life of some degenerate criminal scum. Can you honestly say that an animal like this deserves to live?

No, this would not reduce crime...only challenge criminals to be wiser. Plus, you'd have a hard time getting off that rooftop alive...then they'll do in your hummer while they say "Thanks for the keys!" LOL
Let's think a bit more on this, since there is a small town in Nevada (I believe) who requires by law that all citizens above the age of 18 to carry a loaded gun on their person. They are all well trained with such before getting their permits to carry.
Sooo, what moron would walk into anyplace of this town to do harm or rob knowing that everyone is as armed and dangerous as they are??? By the way, this is the only town, USA with Zero crime rate. Makes one wonder, doesn't it???

WOW! That is why Jehovah says: "Vengence is mine". It is not about the constitution but what about God's laws? A car can be replaced, it's just metal.
A human being cannot for they are flesh and blood. They can however, change, right? Even a murderer is worth saving is he should repent and truly feel remorseful.
I understand that crime is hurting so many people but what about just putting in a GPS or putting a boot on your own vehicle to save a human life?

Yeah, that's pretty good. I would go further and say that if you just threw a hydrogen bomb in the middle of the Oakland Coliseum on Sunday, you would get rid of most of the crime in CA. I would also bring back Gladiator games....but I'm an Emperor; I have to think evil.

Some blacks in inner city neighbourhoods (ghettos) act the way the way they do, not because they are black, but because of what the music they listen to influences. When you have nothing, and you grow up listening to music that alot of young blacks listen too, even whites or asians or hispanics in the same situation would respond the same way, or similarly.
