I need a watch that will work at the office, a classy party or even a casual outing with friends. Right now I am looking at the following 3 watches from Emporio Armani. Which one do you think best fits all scenarios? please, advice from girls or guys who have style... you know who you are.
Thanks.

AR0235: http://item.rakuten.co.jp/bluek/ar0235/
AR0237: http://www.rakuten.co.jp/tokeiten/717934/810481/
AR0239: http://www.rakuten.co.jp/tokeiten/717934/808760/

Right now I'm leaning between the AR0237 and AR0239. I know the 239 is pretty class but I'm wondering if its too serious. The 237 seems not classy enough. What do you think?

p.s. If it helps, I am a 22 year old engineer (with a masters degree), working for a mid-size engineering consulting firm.

id go with the last one- its stylish with out being trendy- classy. its black so it goes with most things and you can wear it casually or going out. its still young enough to be fun, but sophisticated enough to be taken seriously. it says "tall dark and handsome" someone with a little bit of danger and mystery but will not take a good woman for granted.

the first one is very nice as well, its a bit more laid back though its no slob! i'd see the man wearing this watch as cool, confident, the kind of guy who wears khaki shorts and button up linen shirts with the sleeves rolled to just below the elbows, lounging by the shore in Fiji.

A couple of years ago, I bought my husband a Timex watch that is similar to the third one-- Black band with a silver face frame. I got it on sale for $10 (US), half of the original price. To me, the quality of at Timex is great. My father is still wearing a Timex that he's had for as long as I can remember, and I'm almost 30. The only problems he's had is to change the batteries.

I have an Armitron watch, black band, silver face, numbers and hand (there is a picture of Snoopy and Woodstock on the face) that my husband got me six years ago for my birthday. I don't know of the price, but I had looked at it a couple of times before my brithday, deciding whether or not I wanted to buy it. The only problems I've had with it are to change the batteries.

Before the watch my husband got me, I had a Swatch-- Black plastic band, black plastic face, black face with no numbers, and gold hands. Even though it's plastic, it still looked nice. The band broke, but I was still able to wear it, as I just tighented it a notch. I recently found it when I was going through some stuff. I now prefer the watch my husband gave me as it's smaller (less noticeable, but given that I'm tall and not skinny, the bigger size works, too), and because it's from my husband, not something I found four a couple of dollars at a yard sale (if that much) which is where I think I found the Swatch.

Unless you want to impress somebody with the brand name, I don't think it's worth getting something that expnsive in price.

I agree with you on leaning toward the 237 and 239. I think that all 3 of them look classy, I just like the look of those two better.

well...... if i were you i`d definitely choose the third one. First of all, it`s black, and black goes with everything (i mean clothing). It very elegant and classy and i believe it`s the best option for an engineer like you.
The second one is nice, but i`m not very fond of thet brown. I think it looks kinda oldfashioned.
And .... the first one is pretty nice.... but i`ve always hated cream. It`s such a boring colour ... and it`s pretty hard to matc with everything.

So.... one again .... no #3 is the best one.
Armani rules !

eBay, in case you already know your stuff. I have been given my Tag (it truly is genuine) from there...attempt to purchase classic and stay away from producers that are many times faked. 2nd place to attempt is the Harrod's summer season sale, which starts in only over a month's time. you would be observing 33-50% a great variety of properly common Swiss products. third get a job at Harrod's you will, my pal works for the Chanel boutique there and have been given the J12 for £500, which will in many cases retail at £3000.

Bond.... James Bond....

Yeah it's a fake... Won't be suspected (like the cliche fake Rolex). Impossible to spot without taking it apart. Swiss movement... Excellent quality... Attention to detail... The 4th generation Planet Ocean is probably the best replica watch ever produced.

Certainly appropriate everywhere and won't ever leave you looking underdressed, overdressed, or like a "wimp".

...Or you could get the real deal... http://www.watchclick.com/omega/i-omega-planet-ocean-42mm-men-3980.html
