i try many things
1) i talk with myself as another person and i try to advice myself
2) i try to cheer myself by watching a movie or listen to music and i soncentrate inside my heart to repair it
3) i talk with my friends who can tell me sweet words that cheer me up
4) i try to find from people that face the same problem that i am in and i think about their life
5) i keep tell myself that i am the best

Open all the curtains, turn lights on, turn either some fun music on or a nice happy movie. Light candles and sometimes I like to write about the problem. When I do that I am able to see the problem for what it really is and I realize it wont be that big of a deal to me in a few days so I feel better.

Usually i try to be around alot of people so that i dont have time to think about stuff on my own and get worse...but the best thing to do is talk to someone close to you. Friends are always good for that...and eventually everything will work itself out and you'll feel better! You will always feel a huge weight lifted from your sholders after expressing how you feel to someone that will listen and care.

Get out in the fresh air, and exercise...
And realize you have a beautiful family to love and that loves you too.
They are very real, not that you wont meet real people here, but nothing and no one is better than your family...
And friends here, when you find a good one, yes treat it with care but don't let yourself be pulled into something that is fantasy when you have the real thing at home...

Amy, I come on here and play! I also spend time with my kids they are what makes you... who you are! I really wish we lived closer to eachother, I would come over, and get you out of the house! To a place where we could have some fun doing girl stuff like Shopping, Eating, or just talking! I am always here when you need me.

I have a good cry and then I go for a long walk or run to clear my head, listen to my favorite music, or put on my favorite movies, anything to change my frame of mind and remind me that life is going on all around me, it really puts things into perspective.

i lock myself in my bathroom...run a nice bubble bath, turn off the lights and light a bunch of candles and tell everyone to leave me alone. when i am done w/ that, i paint my toenails an outrageous color, have some chocolate icecream w/ whipped cream and sprinkles and then go to bed early.
