someone comes on to answer a question they have no experience or business answering and tries to shove the irrational answer down the throat of the questioner and insults them when the questioner disagrees.

It is obviously a person who is one sided and doesn't have the ability to listen to others opinions and accept their differences. I think it is a closed minded person who thinks they know the one and only way.
