is there a way with out outlook to shair calanders from outlook and the moto Q?

Question

so, i use the moto Q smart phone, and outlook 2003. I own plenty of webspace and such, and i can have anything installed for me.
Now, i want to know is there a service, or a program that will allow me to publish my outlook calander and my smart phone calander for my roommate, my girlfriend, and just for friends? They like to know whair i am, however i'm almost always in meattings so i dont like it when they call:)
any help would be wonderful

You must be very important, I have a client whos a banker, lives in a $16m house and even he doesnt go this far.

You need some software that an publish Outlook calender in HTML format, but think again, you will need to update it 4 times a day, (as a VIP, people has to keep up with your diary), and this cant be done just on the cell, you need to be at the PC running Outlook.

you need to install active sync software in your computer. if you are running on windows vista,also need to install Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC).

Google Calender allows you to import your calender and share them with anyone you want.
